I have been working in international personnel development since 1998. As a personnel development manager for BASF AG, I have conducted numerous cross-cultural workshops that aimed to optimize international cooperation. I have also developed concepts and guidelines for executives working aboard and cross-cultural teams.
In 2005 I launched Chinaplus. I provide team consulting and coaching services for local and international business managers. My cooperative network enables me to handle very specific enquiries.
